Born and raised in Michigan as the only boy in a family of three, Len Lawson was no stranger to early responsibility, especially after the unfortunate passing of his father. Life presented him with opportunities to learn, grow, and make his own way in the world. Len graduated high school and furthered his education by attending university for two years.
It was then that he took a significant turn, joining the United States Navy. This experience not only allowed him to escape the cold weather of his home state but also introduced him to various cultures and societies, instilling in him a love and respect for all people, despite their differences.

In 1986, Len found his other half, marrying a wonderful Kansas girl. Alongside his successful career, he has also been a devoted Christian for the majority of his life. He firmly believes that his faith does not disqualify him from providing excellent appliance repair service; instead, it reinforces his dedication to offering honest, reliable service to all clients.
Before settling down in Lawrence, Len began his journey in appliance repair by starting a one-man service company in the Kansas City area in the 90’s. The venture was a resounding success, amassing 1200 customers in a mere span of 6 years before he decided to sell it. This experience equipped Len with a profound understanding of customer needs and expectations in the realm of appliance repair.
Away from his professional life, Len has an array of hobbies that he enjoys during different times of the year. From exploring the mysteries of the universe through astronomy, collecting rocks and minerals, hiking, camping, to immersing himself in books, Len is a man of varied interests. He’s also a devoted researcher, diving deep into history and current events alike on the web.
